Non-Standard Installation Add-On

Install 4x4 post, 10' of pole & up to 300 feet of outdoor cable. Difficult installations or requiring more than 2 hours of labor. Does not include burial of cable.

Wireless Site Survey

Check for signal, without customer's intention of installing service at the same time.

Decline Installation

If tech arrives and can get required signal level, and/or customer declines standard installation to be performed.

Customer No-Show

Re-installation Of Equipment

Installation of equipment, after a customer has canceled or been disconnected & equipment removed and customer later resumes service.

Non-Return of Antenna

If customer cancels service or is disconnected for non payment, and does not return or allow pickup of antenna.

Non-Return of WIFI Router

If customer cancels service or is disconnected for non payment, and does not return or allow pickup of CWW owned WIFI Router.
